"I have used grasshopper and echo products for the last 12 or 13 years from Straights Lawn and Garden. Before I bought my 1st grasshopper, I searched every dealer I could find within 150 miles of Springdale, and Mr Straight was the cheapest in that radius. In all these years of doing business at Straights, they have never failed to have a part when I requested something. From the girls at the parts counter, to the guys in the shop, they have always been courteous and helpful in trying to get me back out where I could keep my business going. I have never run across more knowledgeable and courteous people, and it all starts with Oddie and Sandy straight.
